Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Social2Revenue, operated by Treatz Corp.

What the service does

Social2Revenue connects to social media and advertising accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, records the activity on them, and performs actions you configure — publishing replies, sending messages within the provider's rules, and recording the outcomes.

Your accounts, and your authority over them

You may connect only accounts you own or are permitted to act for. You are responsible for having that authority and for keeping it. If it ends, disconnect the account.

What you are responsible for

• The content the platform sends on your behalf, including anything produced by automated rules you configured. It is published as your business, and it is yours.
• Complying with the terms of the providers you connect. Your use of their APIs through this platform is still your relationship with them, and they may restrict or withdraw it.
• The lawful basis for contacting the people who reach your accounts.

What we are responsible for

Operating the service as described, keeping customer data separated as described in the Privacy Policy, and not using one customer's data to serve another.

What the service depends on

The platform acts through third-party providers. When a provider is unavailable, changes its rules, rate-limits an account, or withdraws a permission, the affected functionality stops. The platform reports that rather than concealing it, and we do not warrant that a third party will continue to permit any particular capability.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that is using the service to send unlawful content, to evade a provider's restrictions, or in a way that puts the platform's own provider access at risk.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect your providers from your own settings. Your business records remain available to you for as long as your account is active and are handled under your retention settings thereafter.

Liability

The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Social2Revenue SMS program terms

Social2Revenue, operated by Treatz Corp, sends recurring automated marketing text messages about its own launch updates, product news, and offers to its own leads, subscribers, and customers who expressly opt in. The program number is +1 (888) 825-9367.

Enroll through our communication preferences page by entering your US or Canadian mobile number, checking the optional SMS consent box, and submitting your preferences. The SMS box starts unchecked and is separate from email consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of the service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time; the messaging provider may send an opt-out confirmation. For help, reply HELP or email Contact@TreatzCorp.com. If you previously opted out, follow the messaging provider's instructions to re-subscribe.

You must provide a number you own or are authorised to use. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle mobile information and consent, read our Privacy Policy.
